We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect—very close to UF, which was exactly what we needed for our trip. The property was spotless and had everything we could possibly need. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay in Gainesville was excellent. The home was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Check‑in was smooth, communication with the host was quick, and the location made it easy to get around town. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the neighborhood felt safe and quiet. Overall, a great VRBO experience and one I would definitely book again.

Everything about the townhouse was exactly as it was described. The place was perfect for my friend, me, and my dog. I liked that you could access the yard through the master bedroom. If y'all want a clean, quiet place, I highly recommend staying here

Kate's house is adorable. It was very well kept and in a quite neighborhood which I pleased about being in a college town (you never know). Pet friendly, fenced yard.

The space was beautiful and exactly what my friends and I needed while we were in town for a wedding. It was cozy inside and outside, it being the perfect weather for the warmth of fire outside. I felt like everything we needed while away could be found here and the stay was stylish as well!

So lucky to find this place relatively last minute as it was exactly what we needed! Great location close to UF. Loved the little yard for my dog. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again!

Nice place to stay with pets

I stayed here with my two pups while I moved my daughter in for the summer to her new apartment. Centrally located, cute backyard, very nice decor, and very comfortable. Would stay here again.
