This home has Smart TV's with YouTube television. Bring your login info for Netflix, Hulu etc. Please note…this home does not have cable or satellite television. WiFi and all the amenities your family or group needs to enjoy a great time on or off the water. Note cargo lift; crow's nest 3rd floor; and Maple Street driveway is not for guest use.

This Unit is Not Pet Friendly

Important Occupancy Rules: Due to community restrictions, your party can have NO more than 8 adults and 4 children under the age of 13.

Rental includes bed and bath linens, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand. Many properties have washers and dryers, plus there are convenient laundry facilities in Port O'Connor. For longer stays, you can request an optional housekeeping/laundry service. Awesome place

It was a great and comfortable place to stay for a short or long vacation...will go again. The only issue is the half bath toilet holder is not secure and the master bath had black spots on the ceiling in the shower and AC vent.
