The house keeper was very friendly and helpful The pool was big and clean, great kitchen and plenty of bathrooms and the rooms had plenty of beds.I would like to see more paper plates, forks , paper towels or napkins in the kitchen and or bowls for soups.Towels for the pool and loungers by the pool

I hope you guys can come back in the near future and will be a pleasant and enjoyable stayed we apologize for the inconvenience that you might experience. We do have plenty of plates bowls forks, and knives for up to 16 people , we don’t supply paper or disposable plates forks knifes towels we only supply four towels, but if you request more, we’re gladly can give you more. Thank you for your concerns in a hopefully next time we might suit all your needs.

It can be better.

we had a broken shower in the one of the bedrooms, the pool water was green it was so slippery you can feel that it wasn't brush, and we had to wake up with chickens' poop in the dining area. some furniture in rooms will help so you can keep yourself organize when your there. the person said that he couldn't give us key to the rooms so that didn't make feel secure living my valuable stuff in the room. I had a hard time contacting the host. sorry but I have to be honest the price to stay there wasn't cheap reason why I was expecting something different.

JOSE lo sentimos mucho por lo que experimentó y esperamos nos dé la oportunidad de mejorar su estadía con lo de las dos gallinas alguien de su grupo pidió sacarlas de el corral ya que siempre permanecen guardadas cuando tenemos huéspedes lo de la regadera se arregló pero quedó en ver cómo se había arruinado porque se entregó en buenas condiciones y se nos hizo saber ya cuando iban chequeándose para salir pero bueno espero que hayan disfrutado aparte de su inconvenientes mientras tanto nosotros los calificamos con cinco estrellas disculpe ni gracias de antemano
