Welcome to my newly renovated ground floor suite in a quiet residential neighborhood. This is a beautiful secondary suite that has 2 bedrooms with queen size beds, 1 full washroom and a large single sofa bed good for one person.
Enjoy your time in our small games room which is equipped with a foosball table. Have a glass of wine sitting in our backyard patio.
The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs.

The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking needs. Pots & Pans for the induction heating stove; fridge; microwave;
oven toaster. Plates & cutleries; wine glasses. There is a washer and dryer that comes with a free detergent to use during your stay. Basic bath essentials such as shampoo & conditioner; body soap; toilet paper. We prepare 1 set of towels for each registered guest and indoor slippers are also provided for your comfort.
Guest Access:
You have the entire space for yourself during your stay. You are not going to share this with any other guest.
The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a quiet residential neighborhood. Lake City Skytrain is 15 minutes by foot and Burnaby Lake is 3 minutes by car.
Getting Around:
Uber and Lyft is available along with taxi and transit. Closest sky train is Lake City Way which is 15 min walking distance.

Be informed that we will be sending a SECURED link called "Restavio Guest Verification". This link is intended to verify your identity as a valued guest and provide you with free extra protection during your stay. We guarantee that your personal data is secure and encrypted. Any guest who fails to comply with this process will result in the cancellation of their reservation and will be subject to a 7% booking fee. The remaining amount will be refunded accordingly.
Please ensure that you complete the verification form prior to your check-in date to avoid any automatic cancellation by the system. Thank you for your cooperation!
NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. This will enable us to provide you with information regarding the house rules and ensure that we can assist you more effectively prior to your check-in.
1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:
- No smoking in any form ( electric cigarette, weeds, tobacco )
- No illegal drugs
- No party or gathering of any sort
- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 9 am
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.
3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.
Extra Service information details:
1. Early Check-In:
Available from 12:00 PM onwards, a 50 CAD Early check-in fee will apply.
Please feel free to reach out to us to confirm the availability.
2. Late Check-Out:
Please send us a request in advance. Approval will be subject to availability. A fee
of 50 CAD will be applicable for late check-out. (Until 3 pm).
3. Luggage Drop-Off Service:
We offer an early drop-off luggage service after 12:00 PM
The suite WILL NOT be ready until the official check-in time.
25 CAD will be charged for availing of this service.
We, kindly ask that you only drop off your luggage in the Foyer area.
Do not leave any food in the fridge, until it's check-in time.
Note: registration of a valid credit card is required to avail of all these services. Your request will be confirmed once we have successfully charged the applicable extra service fees.
