Beautiful Tuscan Country-House and Grounds (get in touch for events & weddings)

The property is made up of two charming former farmhouses ideal for vacationing with friends, family or for event. The location is ideal for nature-loving guests.

Both characteristic Tuscan country houses have recently been refurbished with a modern touch. The outside area has different stone tables, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch or barbecue while taking in the beautiful views. The property overlooks the Chiana Valley, immersed in nature and surrounded by olive trees. The grounds are quite large and lovely for walking or picnicking. Very quiet but near all amenities and on an ancient Roman path where you can reach Cortona or Montecchio Vesponi Castle in a 30-minute walk. A beautiful location to comfortably enjoy and discover Tuscany and Umbria! Next to the picturesque village of Cortona and close to Montepulciano, Sienna, Arezzo, Perugia and many other sites.

I work and live in London with my husband but come back to Italy whenever I can to enjoy the food, people and architecture- one of my passions!

Villa 2 Elisabetta has been in my family for many years. My grandfather bought the property the 1970s when he retired. The house and grounds were one of the jewels of his life.

Why they chose this property

My husband and I got married at the Villa a few years ago and decided to convert part of the property into a guesthouse. We want to share this beautiful location with others curious about Tuscany and Umbria, nature and local gastronomy.

Will be more than happy to help out during your stay on best travel arrangements, places to visit or nearby restaurants. Can also give advice at activities in the area: cycling, horse riding and other.
