Amazing Stay!

This is a beautiful home. The pool and outside area are gorgeous and perfect for hanging out and cooking for a group. The house was very clean and neat. The host was great with communication. 10/10 stay.

A great stay

Excellent property. Pics accurately reflected the place but better yet the bunk beds were replaced by a full or queen bed. Had one minor issue but host was very responsive. We had 8 people and the pool, lenai and grill area along with open kitchen made it great for our group. Master bedroom bed was great as well. When AC DC comes back to town, we will do it again!

Very nice accommodations-spacious and clean. Convenient to Belleair where we have family. Beautiful pool/hot tub. Only thing missing was shower soap/gel.

We had a great time at this property. There is plenty of space. We made good use of the outdoor spaces. The pool and spa were used each day of our stay. We appreciated that there were plenty of bath towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. We highly recommend this house.

Backyard Oasis

We loved our stay. The backyard is very private and quiet. Perfect for relaxing by the pool or in the spa. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and the bed was comfy. John was easy to work with and very responsive for any questions we had. We would definitely stay again.

Excellent pool home close to the beach and everything

We thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The home was stocked well plus had extras like beach toys/chairs/towels and pool floats and noodles. It was a short drive to stores, restaurants, and the beach. The pool and spa were very nice and easy to use thanks to John’s video explaining. We would definitely stay again.

Loved staying in this updated home. The home was clean and well appointed, includes so many thoughtful touches. The house is located in a great neighborhood close to beaches and shopping but when in the home you feel completely secluded. Loved the backyard grill and pool area and all of the lush greenery. Will stay again!

Florida Family Vacation

Property was wonderful for our extended family. Four adults and two teens. Bedrooms and living spaces were perfect for our needs. House is in a very nice, quiet residential neighborhood in Largo. Well-kept homes with pristine landscaping. The backyard pool and barbeque patio was particularly nice and the lush landscaping surrounding this area made it feel like a private oasis. Ten minute drive to the beach. Indian Rocks Beach is just south of Clearwater and much quieter and less crowded than its busy neighbor to the north. I would highly recommend John's property for anyone considering a stay in this area.

Amazing property!!!

This was my first time using VRBO and i was very skeptical about the process. This property was absolutely amazing for my family and I! A place we got to hang out at, cook together, spend quality time together that was much needed and just relax! I cant say enough about John, our Manager! He was terrific!! we will be booking this property again next year.

Spacious, gorgeous and relaxing

The house was very clean, updated, comfortable and roomy. I thought the pictures were strategically angled with fisheye lenses to make it seem bigger that it was but that is not the case at all. We maxed out the capacity and still had space to be comfortable. Plenty of privacy in the backyard of the quiet and friendly neighborhood. No weird rules that make you afraid to breathe. It had everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were perfect for kids and adults. Short drive to the beaches and dining.

Nestled in Largo, this charming house offered us everything we could have wished for and more.

My friends and I had an amazing stay at this VRBO property in Largo—it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The house itself was immaculate and beautifully decorated, striking a perfect balance between cozy and modern. With spacious rooms, all six of us (all women) found it easy to settle in comfortably. The kitchen was a highlight, fully equipped for preparing meals that we enjoyed in the roomy dining area. Evenings were spent lounging in the inviting living room, complete with a large TV and plush seating. The screened patio quickly became our favorite spot to unwind, although we ended up dining out at the nearby excellent restaurants instead of using the grill. The pool was as stunning as advertised, surrounded by lush greenery that added to its serene atmosphere. The air conditioning was a relief from the summer heat, and we were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs, a cooler, and pool floaties ready for us. The location in Largo was perfect for exploring Clearwater, St. Pete, and nearby beaches, with St. Petersburg just a short drive away. We even found a fantastic spot for lobster rolls and a convenient Publix supermarket nearby. John, our host, was incredibly accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. When we had a minor issue with a door battery late one night, his friendly demeanor made us feel truly valued. Overall, our experience was wonderful. We hope to return and make more cherished memories in this special place.
