About the host
Hosted by Bruce Sindahl
We're a semi-retired couple who have worked and lived in Boulder for 16 years. Paula is a retired psychoanalyst who now is returning to her art, reading, going for long walks and being with her children and grand children. Bruce is an engineering consultant, do-it-yourselfer, into learning new languages and his music (sax, bass, keyboards).
Why they chose this property
We do a lot of traveling so are often away from home. In addition to the supplemental income, it's nice not to have the house sit vacant. And... our dear neighbors here in our little HoA also enjoy meeting new folks.
What makes this property unique
Let's call the house "Cozy Colorado". Everyone who comes here says the same thing, "it's so cozy, warm and inviting". Unique benefits include:

- fence-in backyard with large deck for those fun cook-out events (yes, there's a grill)
- sits in an old apple orchard, so lots of beautiful old-growth trees

- nestled up against the Boulder foothills, great hiking opportunities year round.
- in-ground automatic sprinkler system (for the summer months)
- plowing taken care of (in the winter months)
