Wonderful place to stay!

My husband and our friends stayed for 2 nights and we had a really great time staying here. House is super clean, well stocked and very cozy! Close to various shops and restaurants and Brittany the host was super accommodating and her response to questions were always instant. We would definitely stay here again

Property was very clean, beds were comfortable, location was super convenient to everything on Georgetown. There weren't any handtowels in bathrooms amd towels need replaced but otherwise was a great stay, we would definitely stay here again!

Lovely place. Once piece of advice: the laundry pods that were just laying in the cabinet put them in some sort of a jar with a lid to prevent any kiddos getting into them.

Great stay with our senior dog

We really enjoyed staying here even though it was for only one night. Looking to stay in your place a couple more nights next time. It was a quiet neighborhood. Great for us. The fenced in yard was so convenient. Thank you for great experience in your home.

Quick Trip

We went to enjoy the fun at Keenland and just needed a place for 1 night. The property was more than suitable for 5 adults. We found the area quiet and comfortable. The host was very responsive and answered a phone question quickly. The area was nice and restaurants were close by were very good. We highly recommend Fava’s for breakfast !!!!

Clean & Comfy!

Very clean. Convenient to KHP. Perfect size for 4. Small kitchen but sufficient. Could maybe use more flatware. Also need towel bars in bathrooms. Beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return!

Pro’s - dog friendly with fenced in yard. Good location. 2 bed 2 bath for its small sizeCould be very cute and comfortable.Con’s - this property needs a lot of TLC and a really, really good clean. I was really wanting to love this property especially with previous reviews.Bathrooms, very dirty. Shower liners need replacing, bathroom vanities need a good cleaning. Bath mats looked like they haven’t been laundered in a long time. The house had a very strong musty odor when we arrived It did lessen up after turning on the ceiling fans and opening up the windows for a few.Beds and pillows very uncomfortable ( good mattress toppers would help tremendously) living room furniture uncomfortable. Kitchen- no liquid dish soap supplied, no dish cloth or scrubby provided. No cleaning products whatsoever to be found. We ended up only staying the one night for 2 reasons mainly. It was suppose to rain a lot Sunday and we had a long drive and the comfort level and cleanliness of the property. This rating on this property is between a 2-3 only because of the pros mentioned, great location and pet friendly. We would not stay here again.
