The Wayside is dog-friendly, with a fully fenced yard that allows your four-legged companions to explore safely. Family items, including baby gates, high chairs, pack n plays, yoga mats, air mattresses, and outdoor games such as bocce ball and croquet, are available to rent upon request.
Important Things to Note: • We welcome up to two (2) dogs, with a non-refundable fee of $100 per dog. • Dogs are the only pets permitted unless otherwise approved. If you would like to bring a cat, you must receive prior approval from both the homeowner and property manager. If approved, a $300 non-refundable fee plus taxes and fees will apply. • The two storage sheds and garage are reserved for private use and not available to guests. • VRBO will collect the guest service fee first, and the remaining reservation payment will be processed separately by our property management team.

This is a great house for your Dundee vacation! The house is perfect for friends planning to explore the Willamette Valley! The location is great for walking to several restaurants and wine-tasting rooms. And a quick drive to many views at several wineries. I can't wait to go back and would definitely stay here again.

close to everything we want, our dogs love the place. lots to investigate in the yard. Home beautiful inside and so clean with all amenities there. Yard is fully enclosed including space for your car, very safe for pets. This was our 2nd year staying at the Wayside and we would like to stay there same time next year.

Lovely, comfortable, and clean - we loved this house! We especially loved the fenced-in yard and courtyard where we could let the dogs roam a bit and we could load and unload them from the car inside of the fence, without even needing leashes. I loved the hammock and the comfy living room couch. It was great being walking distance to Trellis and Red Hills Market, too. There was definitely road noise and the used car business shares the wide driveway, but these were never issues that bothered us. The neighbors were respectful (and you forgot all about them once inside the fence) and with the help of earplugs or white noise from a fan, we slept great. We would definitely stay again.

This house is beautiful and close to everything, even walking distance to wineries, tasting rooms and a few great restaurants. Super spacious, so well equipped. Comfy beds, air conditioning and a huge backyard.
Only downfall is that it is on the main highway so with windows open it is quite loud. We were there in summer so just kept the air con on and windows closed.
We had a little confusion when we got to the house on how to open the gate to park the car, some instructions on the check in regarding this would have helped.
Also second day a landscaping crew showed up unannounced which was quite a shock as the house is very private otherwise.

Great location, nice property, terrible experience. Lots of interruptions with maintenance issues during our stay that should have been addressed when renters weren’t occupying the home. AC didn’t work on super hot weekend. Landscapers showers up on a holiday without notice from property management. Management company had no propped sending is a barrage of text messages but weren’t responsive when we had an issue.
This was our first vacation in a long time and we spent extra money to stay at this home and we’re thrilled to be so close to Dundee wineries but our experience with this home and this property management company was awful and put a serious damper on our experience.
We spent our last nights sleeping on the couch and chair in the living room under the only fan in the house because it was so hot. The fire alarms went off sporadically and the company didn’t seem to care. Would not stay here again.

When we were notified that the AC was not working properly, we did attempt to schedule an HVAC technician to come out to address it so that your time at the house would be comfortable. Unfortunately, we were unable to get that accomplished as we were unable to coordinate a time with you to make that happen, as we always do what we can to honor guest's wishes to allow a vendor to enter the home while they are staying. We do apologize that this was considered a disruption to your stay, as we did everything we could to rectify the situation within the timeframe and challenges presented while you were staying in the house. Thankfully we have since had the HVAC system repaired & batteries in the smoke alarms changed, and do hope that you give us another opportunity to shine the next time you travel to the area.

The whole thing was perfect. The way the hosts treated us with messaging and being completely transparent, kind, and professional. The house is beautiful, and the yard is big and grassy and a fabulous place to hang. We loved it. We would definitely stay here again. It's literally two or three minutes from Red Hills Market and you cannot get any better than that. Thank you so much.
