Nuevo Vallarta vacation

The property was exactly as shown in ad. Beautiful mountain view off both decks and even ocean view if you leaned over deck. Spacious rooms, layout great to relax after enjoying day at beach or pool. Bus stop right in front of complex. The complex location was walking distance to grocery store and Bucerias. Delicious on site restaurant with Friday night entertainment. My only negative is an ongoing air conditioning issue. The air conditioners kept turning off and the only fix was to contact host to reset. If the host was unavailable days passed with no air. Also there was an odor in master bathroom drain, this we resolved by leaving the exhaust fan constantly running. Host was friendly and helpful with information about the area. Was not always quick to respond when we experienced an air conditioning issue, as well we had a transportation miscommunication. My advise is to fully communicate your expectations and then there is no room for disappointment. I would stay here again!

Nice apartment with good location but poorly managed

The positive points of the apartment: direct access to the beach. the nice and big pool. Kitchen appliances. Negative points: since we arrived there was an electricity problem that did not allow the use of air conditioners or fans. The owner and the on-site contact were notified, the owner never replied and the on-site contact said they were going to send a technician and after 14 days of stay we are still waiting for a solution. There is a lack of maintenance, the sofa beds in the living room cannot be used, they are super uncomfortable and the legs are broken. There is a very bad smell coming from the drains. For the price I paid for the stay I expected better service and quality.
