Christmas and New Year's Get-A-Way

Nice property in a fantastic location. Restaurants and groceries are nearby - with lots of options. Neighborhood is quiet and is a great place for early morning walks. Location on the canal is awesome for kayaking. Pool and lanai made this location perfect. Owner (Ralph) was quick to respond with any questions we had. Would definitely rent here again!

Great communication

Great communication from the very beginning. We were displaced from our home while repairs due to damage from hurricane Ian were being done on our home. We didn’t have any vacation plans or any expectations, we just needed a place - this home was perfect. The owner was having some repairs done during the week and asked if we were all right with it, even gave us the option to cancel for full refund or even give us a small discount - we found that to be very fair and gracious. Also, the garbage disposal was not working and he had a repairman there within the same day and a new one installed - the owner truly takes care of his home and the people who are there. Very courteous and efficient - would stay here again. Thanks Ralph!
