Stepping into Deja Blue is like entering a wonderland of on-site entertainment for everybody. Guests enter into a billiard room complete with conversation seating and pool table. Enjoy a game of pool before stepping out onto the patio that has another outdoor living space and outdoor kitchen with sink, grill, ice maker and mini fridge. There's no shortage of fun out here - guests will love playing in the large pool with an incredible swim-up wet bar, soaking in the hot tub, kids will enjoy roasting marshmallows by the fire pit, golfers can improve their short game with mini golf, and athletes can serve up a game of sand volleyball! When the festivities are reaching an end, everyone can retreat to the formal dining table under the pavilion and enjoy a meal together. Back inside, guests can choose from two king suites, or a full/full bunk room with a private bathroom - perfect for kids, singles, and young couples.

The main floor is located on the second level and houses the main living room, dining, kitchen, and two bedrooms. A chef's kitchen is fully equipped with a top of the line Viking stainless steel suite with an eight burner gas stove, dual dishwashers, ice maker, beverage cooler, a stunning waterfall quartz countertop and bar seating for five. Additional seating can be found at the large formal dining table for 14 guests! Even more dining room is located on the attached balcony where guests can dine al fresco and enjoy the Florida sun. A cozy living room is nearby and includes seating for eight on a couple of couches and chairs gathered around a flat-screen TV. This floor also offers one king suite and the king primary suite with a soaking tub and access to a large shared balcony overlooking the neighborhood.

On the third floor, another living room can be found with comfortable seating around a flat-screen TV, a wet bar with ice maker, beverage cooler and coffee maker, plus balcony access for an even better vantage point of the activities below.
