About this property

Cozy and Modern Waterfront Cottage

Come relax at this peaceful, lakefront home!

The house is fully updated and just steps to a few sandy beaches.

The space features 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, large dining room, laundry room, living room, sitting area, large back deck with seating, and a fire pit. We also have a new blackstone grill and a small charcoal grill for the purists out there.

The fully stocked kitchen has stainless appliances, dishwasher, granite counters, plus a Keurig coffee maker, dishes, pots/pans, and utensils.

Bedrooms feature 2 queen beds and twin bunk beds. We do not allow boats in our driveway unfortunately as the roads are pretty tight and it is hard to get the boat in the driveway. However, you can rent an overnight slip at number 9 marina for $25 a night or use a nearby boat ramp and park the boat in front of the sandy beach when the weather is good.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

We are from Oklahoma City and this lake house is actually our house that we spend a lot of time at in the summer months. We absolutely love the lake and our little lake house and we think you will too! Our favorite things to do at the lake house include playing on the sandy beach with the kids, taking a nap on the hammock, eating s’mores in the fire pit and taking our boat out on the lake.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood looks a little odd at first as every house is different but this neighborhood is the best! It is golf cart friendly and everyone in the neighborhood has lived here for decades. The common sandy beaches are super popular and you will always find 4-5 beach tents, Lilly pads and jet skis parked just outside the beach during peak seasons.

Our house is lake front and in a great neighborhood. It is also fully stocked since we actually are here pretty often!
