One downside was that the poo wasn't open yet that wasn't to the liking of my six year old grandson...OH well... next time! Very good experience!

Good value for a lovely condo

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with the condo and think it was a good buy given the high level of commercialism in Pigeon Forge. It had two full baths, one for each bedroom, a nice little open kitchen and large living room. The deck overlooked the pool and the mountains in the distance. The pool was clean and had a cute little slide good for almost anyone. The staff was very helpful getting us discounted Dollywood tickets. The master bedroom had a jacuzzi as well, which we took advantage of a few times. In addition, the property wasn't right downtown Pigeon Forge, so it was not surrounded by noisy entertainment venues. Yet it was only a few miles from Dollywood.

Fall stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I usually stay here twice a year. Always consistently clean which is our biggest concern. Everything great except for the sectional couch. They are way overdue to be replaced. These condos are much too nice to let age take over. It’s the main seating in the living area. With that it was still a nice stay but the comfort could eventually become a deal breaker.

Dollywood Trip with Grandkids

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved this condo. We stayed in room 304 and it was very clean and open. Beds were comfortable and balcony had beautiful views of the mountains, swimming pool and the old mill area. The swimming pool was great it was my grandkids favorite part of the whole trip even has free video games right before you go out to the pool area. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this condo. I also wanted to mention the trolleys are right across the street where you can pay $3.00 for a day pass and ride just about anywhere you would want to go.

Wonderful views!!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place was awesome for the price. Very spacious and beautifully decorated. Location was very convenient. The only negative is that you cannot walk anywhere unless you take your life into your own hands. Traffic is way too heavy with 4 lanes of traffic and a busy intersection to cross. If you don't mind driving,it's the best bargain in pigeon forge !!
