- A living room featuring a comfy sofa sectional and ottoman, entertainment center, electric fireplace, record player with records, some fun games, a Smart TV (bring your own streaming passwords), Smart Soundbar with Alexa built-in ("Alexa, play Dolly Parton"), and an original Nintendo loaded with all the classics! You can finally check "Replay Super Mario Brothers 3" off your list of things to do. Don't forget to snap a picture of your family/friends on the "Sofa in the Smokies".
- A little further and you'll find the dining area, with a breakfast bar for two, and dining table for four.

Great place!

This was a great place to stay in the area for a wedding. During the day there was also plenty of room to host others in the area for the wedding where we could catch up and play board/card games.

Great stay!

This place was perfect for our first trip to the area. The hosts were great communicators. The place was exactly as pictured. We ate breakfast there every morning and it was well stocked with all of the supplies we needed and more. Super clean and the couch and beds were extremely comfortable. We have a 9 and 11 year old and spent the days out all day and this location is PERFECT! So quick to Dollywood and the Rocky Top mountain coaster. It was excellent being able to take low traffic backroads to get to the busier, high traffic areas. And it was so nice and quiet, but close enough that it was still easy to get an Uber the 2 times we planned to have drinks out. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again!

Super Clean Super Accomodating

Sam and Jesse went out of their way to make sure that our accommodations were suited to our individual needs. They even went as far as to launder the bedding and towels in unscented detergent due to allergies my wife and I have. The townhouse was clean and incredibly comfortable, and it made for an amazing week in Tennessee.

Fun times

We traveled to Tennessee with our kids for a Christian retreat. The home was exactly what we needed. It was updated, cute, clean and just the right size. We have three kids and didn’t feel cramped at all. The living room is super open and the couch and beds were comfy. There were plenty of essentials/staples to get you started. We didn’t really need anything other than food. The location was great and so was parking. Though it was a townhome we had no issues with neighbors or noise. Communication was very responsive and pleasant. We would definitely stay here again!

We are a family of four from the Midwest. We love to travel to the Smokies, and helping others have great trips there, while staying at our property, is the even better.

Why they chose this property

The location is fantastic. It's quiet and out of the way from all the craziness of the touristy areas, but you have such quick access to all the spots. The best part is you can take backroads to get around the area, and can avoid the traffic that can get really bad in other areas of the Smokies.

What makes this property unique

You'll immediately feel calm and at ease in our home. We took care on every little detail. The kitchen is gorgeous and stocked with items you don't normally find at short term rentals. The guitar, banjo, record player, and smart speaker are great for music lovers. And the classic Nintendo hooked up to the 55" TV, with two controllers and all the classics loaded is 10x better than an arcade machine. And the BARREL SAUNA...holy cow. Families and couples traveling with friends love the fact that each bedroom has its own full ensuite bathroom, and the adults will appreciate that there are no ladders/bunk beds to climb.
