This location is perfect. Easy access to beach. Despite the renovations at the property, this is a prime location. Right on the beach and close to all attractions.

I booked very last minute, but the VRBO description does not include the information about all the construction. I didn’t realize until they sent a confirmation and indicated the price reflected all the construction and it was too late to cancel. The furniture is old, dirty and very uncomfortable. The shining star was the view and proximity to the beach. The floors were not clean. If you walked around inside your feet would be black. Did it the first night and wore shoes after that.
