Condo was exactly as described and pictured! Amazing view, great balcony, right on the beach and larger than most other condos in the area! Easy to access location with beautiful and expansive beach view! Could see Okaloosa pier in the distance and had a great view of the fireworks! Building was in better shape than anticipated, but they did have a broken elevator twice during our stay. Luckily there are multiple elevators in different areas of the building so we just used another one. Trash chute and 1st floor dumpster room with garage door access were useful and convenient. Would have been nice to have some basic condiments, seasonings, paper plates, etc. included like we’ve had at other rentals. Many of the beach toys (all but 1 boogie board & some sand castle tools) were broken. Left you 2 nicer wooden sand castle shovels! Overall it was a great rental for our family vacation!

We had an amazing time at this property! It was so nice, even better than the pictures showed. Very clean and plenty of space for our family of six to enjoy a 4 night stay. Beach service was super convenient and the view of the ocean from my bed was to die for! We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was perfect for the four of us. Each kid had their own bed and we had a nice king bed overlooking the gulf. Best place we have stayed in the area. Enjoyed the sunrise and sunsets from the beach and balcony. We enjoyed direct access to the beach (and provided chairs/umbrella). When not at the beach or doing other activities, we enjoyed playing cards on the high top table on the balcony while watching and listening to the waves. Great place.

Unforgettable Girls Trip

My wife and two of her friends had an amazing time at this property. They said everything was clean and that the room was spacious. They raved about the amenities and convenience of being right on the beach. Check-in and Check-out went very smooth. We would definitely recommend this property. Surf Dweller Condo

The condo was nice and clean! Check in and check out were flawless. It is not the property, but regarding the area I do wish there were a few more things to do within walking distance.

Enjoyed our stay!!

The condo and facilities were top notch. The unit was clean and neat, The kitchen needs a few things like a stock pot, coffee cups and steak knives fortunately is was just my wife and myself so it wasn't a major issue.

Felt like home

The unit was very comfortable and spacious. The neighbors were great and gave us the best restaurants to try. The rental office was very helpful and friendly. They answered my questions before I could ask them! Communication was top notch!
