Enjoy beautiful views of the beach & gulf from this sixteenth floor condo (1608), in Ariel Dunes I. This condo features one of the prime locations in Miramar Beach.  Take a very short walk to the private beach and you’ll be relaxing on the sugar white sand. This unit sleeps a total of 7 with a master bedroom (king), guest bedroom (queen) and a sleeper sofa and futon in the living room. The master bath features a stand-alone shower and soaking tub, with bathtub/shower combo in the main bath.  This condo is equipped with complimentary high-speed wireless, cable, & LCD TVs in the living room and both bedroom. It also features a new, in unit washer/dryer, as well as full kitchen including dishwasher. A private deck awaits your outdoor relaxation & is accessible from the living room & master bedroom.

Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape Resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, tennis, 3 full size pools, fitness room and the on-site full service Cabana Café restaurant, with live entertainment several nights of the week. Additional restaurants are within walking distance on Scenic Gulf Drive and at the nearby Seascape Town Center. And don’t forget, the Silver Sands Premium Outlet shoppes are located only a few minutes away. Perfect for our family

We loved our week in this unit at Seascapes Ariel Dunes 1. It was clean, well kept, and the view was amazing! Only downside is the beach access is in a pretty congested area, so we had to go down and set up beach stuff pretty early in the morning to get a decent spot. Small price to pay for a great week!
