This Fantastic Penthouse Apartment is just steps away from the fabulous turquoise waters of Florida Bay! Enjoy spectacular sunsets and beautiful panoramic, direct open water bay views from your private balcony and both bedrooms! Located on the 5th floor, with elevator, Unit 506 is a special 2BR, 2 bath condo in the private, gated Summer Seas Condominium. With the double size balcony off the Livingroom and dinning room, the views never end. Upstairs is the private rooftop deck with a bar and large TV/gathering room and another outside deck for sunbathing with a fantastic, 360 degree view of the Florida Keys and Atlantic Ocean!

The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, on suite bathroom and dressing room with a walk-in closet! Wake up looking out your bedroom window at the beautiful Florida Bay! BR #2 has a queen size bed, and a bunk bed including a full size bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. Both bedrooms have that same spectacular open-water view. Livingroom has a pullout couch. Features 4 flat screen TV’s, cable and internet. You can even see that fabulous view from the kitchen. Also has a laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Summer Sea Condominium is located at MM 88.5, 68 miles from Miami, in the Heart of Islamorada, "The Fishing Capital of the World”. Relax in a hammock or lounge chairs on our sandy point area that also features a fire pit where you can enjoy an evening fire after experiencing Florida Keys famous sun sets! Summer Seas has a beautiful large swimming pool, heated and cooled, and a second kids swimming pool. Other amenities include a marina, fish cleaning station, boat docks, boat ramp, exercise room, adult game room, and kids game room! Fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking, bicycling, dining, and shopping are all nearby.
28-day minimum stay, no pets, no boats and No Smoking. Offered through Blue 9 Realty Inc. Tavernier. Note: Renters are not allowed to have boats or jet skis on the property as per Summer Sea Condominium's Rules.
A Florida lease, and application with a background check performed by the condominium is required. Their $200 processing fee is non-refundable. Summer Sea Condominium requires a 5 day notice. 28-day minimum. No Pets, No Smoking.

Paradise

This is a spectacular penthouse with a million-dollar view. It has all the makings of a home and more. It is cozy and comfortable, and everything is updated. The owners take great pride in their condo, and its upkeep verifies that. This is the best spot in the Keys, and Summer Seas Condominium has many amenities to make your stay the best ever. We can't wait to go back in 2026.

Wonderful condo with amazing views.

The condo had a great kitchen and the washer and dryer in the unit was a big plus. The views were constantly changing, from purple sunrises, to rainstorms then sunny sparkling waters and orange pink sunsets. The rooftop terrace was a great place to see watch the full moon and you can see the ocean and sunrise from there also. Great location as it is close to many restaurants and Publix. The pool and the grounds were nice, I saw a manatee and baby in the marina, several dolphins in the bay and many rainbows. I like that there is a gym and got in a few workouts during my stay. I was there in July and the founders park fireworks can be seen from the rooftop deck. The beds were comfortable and nice to have two full bathrooms. The dinning table overlooks the bay and there are plenty of televisions and space to relax.

Fabulous views

The large windows and balcony offered a beautiful view of the gorgeous bay. In the evening we could watch sunsets from the balcony or climb the spiral stairs to an even better view from our own roof top. The condo had comfortable seating, a great tv, and a very nice kitchen and laundry. Even though we did not use them, each bedroom had a tv, and the lovely sitting room on the rooftop also had a tv. There were plenty of towels, swim towels, and the kitchen had all that we needed. The primary room had a comfortable bed, although it was a queen not a king. The common areas of the complex and the landscaping were kept up beautifully. The swimming pool was huge, always pristinely clean and heated. It was great to always have plenty of seating available by the pool. A walk by the docks to observe the sea life was one of the highlights, and the beach area was a great place to sit as well. Our month at Summer Sea was one of the best we have ever had in the keys.
