Property and room exceptional. New, modern and immaculate. Lori the owner is great with communication from beginning to end. My only advice to anyone looking to stay here is for the winter months the location is absolutely perfect. 5 minutes to Purgatory ski resort and all the things to do there.As for the summer months, if you like to be in the mountains and have the perfect weather to sleep with windows open this is not the for you. Location is superb for winter events but the location is about 20 yards off of highway 550. Very noisy and not able to keep the rooms window open to enjoy the summer mountain air. But perfect if you don't care about having a window open and just use the a/c in the room ( which was absolutely perfect and kept it the right temperature). Would stay here again, during the winter.

Very nice place

Everything was new, fresh, clean and comfortable . Bed is a foam mattress which was bit on the firm side. I had a hard time unlocking the door with the code which we received after I contacted them when we were 30 minutes away. This is the only complaint I had. You have to walk up the stairs with your luggage. Overall we loved our stay and it was really close to the wedding that we attended.
