Welcome to Majik Beach! Located just a short, two minute walk from the beach, Majik Beach is located south of scenic 30A in the charming neighborhood known as Old Florida Cottages.

The bottom floor of this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home includes the master suite offering king bed and private terrace. The master bathroom includes shower/tub combination and double vanities. Also located on the bottom floor is a second bedroom with queen bed and en suite bathroom. Washer and dryer are located on the bottom floor as well.

Head upstairs to the living room, dining room, kitchen and third bedroom and bathroom. The living room and upstairs balcony offer beautiful ocean views. Adjacent to the living room is a dining table with four chairs and four barstools. The house includes a wine fridge, available for guest use. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner during your stay. Large pantry for storage of your groceries and supplies is located in the hallway.

The third bathroom is located in the hallway, but is in close proximity to the third bedroom, which offers queen bed plus a set of bunks.

The neighborhood of Old Florida Cottages invites you to enjoy a community pool with restrooms and two grills adjacent to the pool area.

Wonderful stay
We have been visiting 30A for several years and this was the first time staying with this property. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Majik Beach. The property was clean, stocked with many great amenities (towels, kitchen gadgets, etc), and very close to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet and the patio(s) were great to sit and view the evenings. The host was quick to respond to any questions after booking/prior to our arrival. We had no issues while staying and would certainly stay at this property again in the future. Thank you for hosting our family.

Great Place to Stay
Overall this property is great. The house has plenty of room and is a short 5 minute walk to the beach access. There are several restaurants to walk to and its an easy drive to others. Property manager is easy to work with and very responsive to ensure you have a great stay. Would recommend this property and would stay again.

Great 4 day vacation
Perfect beach house. Room for everybody, 3 full bathrooms, well stocked kitchen and relaxing decor. Not a bunch of pillows! Plenty of beach chairs, buckets and beach toys. Beach towels even provided! You cannot go wrong with this rental. Comfortable beds and extremely clean. Community pool and very short walk to public beach. Rent your bikes a block from house and across the street is Goatfeathers seafood market and restaurant. Location is perfect for kids and teens. Would definitely rent again.

Great home very close to beach
Great property and location. The house was very clean. Plenty of space and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Walking distance to the beach and the restaurants at Gulf Place. The community is very small and quiet. We will definitely be back.
