Excellent facility! Very clean, comfortable beds, great location along the western shore of Seneca Lake up near Geneva. Quiet as a whisper. Great communication from the owner. Recommend highly.

We had no heat but the property owner did everything he could and did bring space heaters, but this should have been checked before we arrived. Also the listing stated there was a fireplace and there was not. It was a beautiful setting and cozy house.
