About this property

Smooth Sailing on the Lake! Free EV charging!

Smooth Sailing! Welcome to this custom built home on the shore of Lake Champlain in Plattsburgh NY. Enjoy shopping for antiques in town, grabbing a bite from a local restaurant, or just staring at the lake! Whether you enjoy snow skiing in the winter (about 1 hour to Lake Placid and other resorts) or water skiing in the summer, this is the perfect home for a family getaway! Up to 2 dogs are allowed for $150 each for the length of your stay.

This house was custom built in 2004 and is lovingly maintained.

Electronic lock on the front door gives you access to the entire house.

We will independently verify your details via a secure 3rd party platform (Truvi) before your booking can begin. You will also need to pay a refundable damage deposit of $500 or buy a damage waiver for $35 fee. If you opt for the damage deposit, Truvi will charge you a $15 credit card processing fee. The host does not collect any of those fees.

Very quiet and residential.

You will need a car

There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor (queen beds) and a full bath for those with mobility challenges.

This is a great property and the best location. This house has it all! The baths and the large kitchen are very well equipped with all the equipment and necessities you can think of. The host is responsive and answers all the questions. We truly enjoyed our stay.

This mint condition, spotless home has served us once again. Location, hottub, and the amazing view are second only to the hosts friendly, welcoming, and helpful availability. There is not a single thing that rates under a 10/10.
