Trash cans must stay in the garage, outside of going on Thursday night for trash day Friday. Recycle comes every other Friday.

I grew up in the Miami Valley region and I love this area and the season changes! I have always enjoyed culture and the arts, interior design and hosting friends and family in my personal home! Deciding to become a host was a natural extension of my love to design spaces that someone would enjoy living in! I try to do my best to upgrade, and add new amenities that I think guests would enjoy during their stay.

Why they chose this property

The beautiful quiet neighborhood and immaculately kept homes was a big draw. It's a unique spot in the Miami Valley, as it's close to all of the amenities but also close to the outskirts of town.

What makes this property unique

I always drove by this development when I was younger and loved loved the uniqueness of the community as it reminded me of Charleston with each home having a unique color pattern and a pretty walking neighborhood built around a fountain square.
