We loved our stay. The court yard was very nice. The host and co host were exceptional. They were great. We were a five minute walk to the bay. Restaurants and downtown were close by. We will be staying here again.

Location of the facility was in the middle of everything and quite convenient. It was very clean. Well equipped and supplied. I was apprehensive about codes and addresses of the unit being revealed just ahead of the arrival date. This is for security . Parking was ample and close. They are amazing about keeping me informed and helping me through the process. We will definitely be back

College Graduation Visit

We stayed in Sarasota to attend our daughter's college graduation ceremony from Ringling College of Art and Design. The location of this unit was great. It was exactly as described. We went for morning walks every day before it got too hot, and the neighborhood was great, walking distance to a grocery store and a great Mexican restaurant. I recommend!

So happy with our stay

I am actually a local but had my son and his girlfriend come visit, so I treated us to a bnb. It was perfect given all of us have a different idea of how to vaca. My son was perfectly happy having a beautiful walk to the store and along the bay. His girlfriend loved being able to walk to the action on mainstreet. I loved feeling like I was hosting at home with the perk of having everything clean and ready when we arrived. We all loved being a short drive to the beaches. We had a beach day on Siesta Key. Then star gazing after dinner down on Lido Key which was super close. Also, hosts Jojo and Jen made us feel very welcomed and responded quickly with any questions I had. I think we will make this our regular family vacation stay.
