Very nice rental property. Plenty of privacy with the fenced in yard. We spent hours in the pool that is screened in so that we did not have to deal with bugs. I highly recommend this house as it was centrally located. 12 minutes to the beach and most everything else, shopping, resturants and other activities.

Great vacation spot

Very clean. Very well maintained. Situated between I75 & downtown Sarasota.Easy driving to shops, dining, & groceries.The pool was heavenly.Mgr was very nice & checked in to see if we needed anything & reminded us to call if something came up.We will definitely book her for our next Sarasota vacation!

We stayed for a month. House could have been cleaner, couch and love seat need to be replaced, we sat on pillows and beach towels on them so we didn’t feel like we were sitting on the floor!!The pool looked nothing like the picture, there were foot prints on the bottom and it needed to be vacuumed!! For what we paid for this house it should have been spotless!Then I told the owner we would try and be out of the house around 7:00 the day we were to leave, but we were running late, didn’t have to be out till 10:00. Owner and wife showed up at little after 7:00, my wife was in the bedroom changing and owners wife walked in on her, she apologized and said she had three houses to do that day. That is not our problem, felt like we were rushed out!!Will not be going back to Sarasota traffic is terrible and just to busy

The footprints mentioned are often settled minerals or harmless sediment that can appear between our professional weekly cleanings, especially during a month-long stay. Had we been notified during your 30-day visit, we would have gladly sent the pool service or housekeeping back immediately to ensure your comfort. As for the furniture, our seating is designed for a modern, low-profile aesthetic, as shown in our listing photos. We understand that comfort is subjective, and we appreciate your input as we look into future updates. Finally, regarding the checkout, there seems to be a misunderstanding. We only arrived at 7:00 AM because you had proactively informed us you would be vacating by that time. We apologize sincerely for the accidental intrusion while your plans changed; our team was simply trying to get a head start on a deep clean for the next guest based on the timeline you provided. We always respect the 10:00 AM checkout and never intended to make you feel rushed. We are sorry to hear that Sarasota’s popularity and traffic weren't to your liking, but we wish you the best in your future travels.

Comfortable home, fantastic host, and bonus pool!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. It was perfect for my family. The home had everything any family would need. Lots pf extra pillows, blankets, etc. The host was very kind and communicative. Please note that the house is shared with a tenant. Never bothered us, but good to know.

Sarasota golf trip

Property was very nice, just two suggestions get less firmer beds in the rooms that were queen beds and I would use a touch keypad entryway instead of keys. Very very happy with our stay.

Great vacation home!

We really enjoyed the house! Communication with owner was wonder, he is very kind and responded quickly to my messages! Had a wonder experience! Clean, updated, has everything you need for your vacation, private pool - we enjoyed it very much, 15-20 minute drive to both Siesta Keys and Lido Beaches! We will definitely return again!!!

Very good experience

Very complete property. Well stocked with all we needed. Appliances all top of the line. Host responded very quickly to questions. Came over personally with electrician to get the television working. Location was excellent and close to groceries, shops and beaches. The pool was wonderful. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely BEAUTIFUL

We had the time of our lives in this beautiful home, everything was perfect! The pool was a great addition to our vacation stay, the house was very nice and clean it was situated in a seemingly nice neighborhood with easy access to main drag and all the amenities offered by sarasota.. we will absolutely stay here again if we do not buy a house and move there from northeast ohio first. Thanks for the great vacation!

*Floors were dirty (host said the housekeeper didn't get all the cleaning done since we asked for an early check-in)...in our opinion, she should have finished cleaning and stuck to the 4 pm check-in time*Lots of tiny dead bugs along floorboards in bedroom and living room*Hair embedded in master bath floor mat; 2nd bathroom rugs were not clean*Kitchen frying pans were bad; had to rewash silverware and glasses before using; kitchen scissors in knife holder was rusty; spatula finish was peeling off

Regarding the cleanliness and floors, we explicitly informed you that the housekeeping team was still working when you requested an early check-in. We chose to grant your request to get you into the home sooner as a courtesy, though in hindsight, we agree that maintaining our 4 PM standard would have ensured the spotless finish we usually provide. Regarding the bugs and bathroom mats, our home is located in a tropical environment where tiny insects can occasionally enter during the cleaning process when doors are open; however, we have a professional pest control schedule in place. We take hygiene very seriously and have since replaced the bath mats and updated our kitchen inventory, including the cookware and utensils mentioned. We always encourage guests to reach out during their stay so we can rectify any concerns immediately. We appreciate your input as it helps us improve, and we wish you the best in your future travels

Property was completely redone about year ago. Appliances new and bathrooms are done well. Well equipped and nice sized saltwater pool was redone. The owner was very easy to work with and seems to be trying to regularly improve property. The property is very close to a busy road which is easily heard when outside.

Family vacation

The property itself was nice. The only complaint I might add regarding the property is that we were not told that the home has another half that was being occupied full time by locals. Sarasota itself is beautiful but it really isn’t a place for a family vacation with littles. There isn’t a lot to offer and as far as night life there was none. We had to do a lot of driving elsewhere to keep our vacation exciting.

Mixed Opinion

We had mixed feelings about this site. Although the home is recently renovated, clean and includes new, good quality appliances, the location and setting is a drawback. It's definitely NOT in the heart of Sarasota; it's at the border of Sarasota just off a very busy six lane road. The road noise outside was quite pronounced while sitting outside in the nice, fenced patio. We were surprised to learn on the first night there that there is an attached, occupied apartment on-site. The occupants are pleasant, but we could hear them through the walls, and I assume they could hear us as well. And it was a big surprise as we did not see this in the listing. The yard and pool were not as well maintained as pictured. Beds and bedding were comfortable. We appreciated the variety of pillows. The owner granted our request for an early check-in; much appreciated. There were no written instructions at all. For future consideration, written material describing local sights as well as appliance instructions and trash schedule would be helpful.
