BRAND NEW contemporary two bedroom apartment with full size Thermospa HOT TUB on a private patio. Second bedroom can be set with two twin beds or one queen bed depending on the needs of our guest. Kitchen is fully stocked with essentials including coffee maker and breakfast bars. Oversize high top table is the perfect spot to gather round for board games, coffee, or meals. Full bath has a full tub and complimentary toiletries. Living area boasts a 50 inch 4K TV and in wall LED lit fireplace. Full size washer & dryer- spacious parking, a good night!

If you are visiting Saratoga area or Albany area, this is a great place to stay just a short 20-30 min drive to either direction. A cozy, well-appointed apartment with everything you need for a night or few. Very clean. Comfy beds. Spacious layout for a small space. Roomy bathroom. And a nice, private patio of you want to grill out or enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail. The hot tub is a great feature too, we enjoyed sitting out there at night star gazing. Thank you for a great stay.

Beautiful Home / Great Host!

Jennifer was more than happy to accommodate us. We came from a distance and worked with our check in. The home was immaculate. The hot tub was a nice touch and great for the cool morning. I even left some items behind which she graciously mailed to me. Would definitely recommend! Will come back if I'm in the area!

Why they chose this property

I am a Mom of three and I have one little mini Australian Shepard. I like the rural feel of Halfmoon but its accessibility to Saratoga, Albany, the Adirondacks, and Vermont. In under an hour we can be in a beautiful lake, skiing on a mountain, at the state capital, boarding an airplane at ALB or in another state via car.

What makes this property unique

This unit has a private Thermospa hot tub for relaxation. This unit was built in a converted town building that used to be the local water department facility. Everything is brand new inside this unique space. The process of reimagining the use of this building was fun and I love that we turned this property into a useful, beautiful space to welcome people to our area.
