Comfy cozy, pet friendly, super clean and super affordable. Use of Hot Tub on Deck. TV in bedroom and family room. Close to skating, snowmobiling, confers, fairs, etc. I have everything you need. Of note, you need to walk through the house to get to the apt, but I am very friendly and rarely around.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Why they chose this property

My home is located just a couple miles from historic Saratoga Springs, and Saratoga National Park. There are multiple bike trails, hiking trails, lakes, beaches, restaurants as well as Saratoga performing arts center which is home to the philharmonic orchestra and NYC ballet. Concerts of all types of music perform and this all takes place a few miles from my home.
My home is situated in a quiet development.
