Wonderful stay!

I just got back from 5 days here and my stay was nothing short of lovely! The condo is exactly as described and was perfect for me and my group. Location was close to restaurants and shopping as we as the music festival we were attending. Ashley was quick to respond and answered any questions that I had! I would certainly come back here in the future! Thanks for a great trip

Palm Desert Condo

The property was exactly as specified in the listing. Kitchen was well supplied for two golfers to enjoy breakfasts and some dinners at the unit. Only a few steps away are the pool and hot tub. Upstairs bedrooms share a full bath with separate sinks adjacent to each of the two bedrooms. Unit was very clean, well supplied with towels, and toiletries. Only a few miles from the Palm Desert strip. Communications with the owner were excellent. Would rent again.

Owner needs training

We did not get the lockbox number until after 3 attempts and after 3:00 the day we arrived. The unit had not been cleaned, towels on floors etc. we washed our own sheets because owner had not communicated with us until 7:00pm. We requested it be cleaned the next day so we could relax that evening. There was food and lots of alcohol left in the kitchen. Could be a problem if you have teens etc. Two of the kitchen drawers were broken and some full of lids to water bottles etc. No lids for pans, only one sauce pan, one large pasta pan and some skillets. Picture on line is different for the living room. We could not control the heat at all. She told us to do it on our phones which of course did not work. She said she would refund a day but did not refund the full day only partial.

My advice to VRBO Owners: Save yourself the headache and refuse reservation for this ridiculous woman. Any accommodations and efforts I made were not appreciated. She is complaining because we complementary stocked the refrigerator with food and alcohol.

Palm Desert is our favorite retreat because It is surrounded by majestic mountains, there are amazing restaurants close by and the beautiful weather is year round.

Why they chose this property

A safe and quiet community. Conveniently located and lit up parking spots, covered and directly located out front of unit. Elevated above the city. Keeps the wind factor down to a minimum. Beautifully designed mature, and maintained landscape. Well lit walking paths. Completely renovated, one year new, updated everything: kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, window treatments, toilets, doors, paint, hardware, appliances, fixtures flooring dryer, shower and countertops.
