This very comfortable double primary bedroom villa has vaulted ceilings, gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, glass cooktop, built-in oven/micro combo and large windows, which make its 1220 sq. ft. appear even larger. The villa has been newly furnished with all of the amenities of a personal residence from fine furnishings (that includes a queen sleeper sofa) to sophisticated electronics. The centerpiece of the entertainment area is a 55" Samsung SmartTV, located in the Great Room area of the Villa. Additionally, a 47” HDTV is placed in the front primary bedroom for your entertainment pleasure. The guest bedroom contains a 45” flat-screen TV. The home TV Cable system includes HBO Max and Paramount + premium channels in the Great Room. The home is WIFI friendly and free.
This home is arranged to maximize the outdoor experience in the Desert with three generous patios (one off each bedroom and one off the Great Room), a BBQ, outdoor dining and luscious landscaping. The pool is literally steps from the primary Villa patio. I was born and raised in Windsor, Ontario, Canada (eh!) but moved to the States once I married my husband, an officer in the US Air Force. We moved around a lot including a 4-year stint in the UK but have settled in the beautiful Pacific Northwest state of Washington. My husband is retired and it allows us to travel the world, come back home to our gardens (and our 2 children) and visit the desert when the rains set in.

Why they chose this property

Ironwood is my happy place, my home away from home. There is comfort in knowing the community is secured 24/7. I look forward to my daily walks around the quiet neighborhood and checking out the various home styles. I like to take a breather by the pool and relax with a good book. It's wonderful to be out and visit with fellow residents or strike up a conversation with others that are visiting from around the States or other countries. The location has always served me well, whether it's making a visit to the Living Desert Zoo right next door or shopping and eating to my heart's content within a couple of miles of the Villa.
