Welcome to The Debonair Derby where you will enjoy the feeling of seclusion as you walk into the private, gated courtyard of this beautiful home featuring outdoor dining, seating, and entertainment! Here you will enjoy the peacefulness the neighborhood has to offer as you make your way out towards Rio Verde. You'll be less than two miles from Troon North Gold Club, 15 minutes to get to the beautiful Verde River - our concierge will make sure you know where to get your day passes! - only a mile to George "Doc" Cavalliere Park which is great for the kids and pets and we're also less than 15 minutes to a nearby grocers and our concierge would be happy to discuss options for delivery services, too.

-Pool and Spa heat are an additional $200/night for the duration of your stay. Must be heated the entire stay. The schedule for pool heat is from 8am-4pm AZ time, then automatically swaps to Spa heat from 4pm-8pm AZ time. The schedule is non-negotiable. We request at least a 3-day notice to heat the pool prior to arrival. **Pool & spa heat are only offered October through May**

The main house features three bedrooms, all of which have their own private bathroom with either a walk-in shower or bathtub. The primary bathroom offers both shower and bathtub separately along with a massive walk-in closet. Your guests will enjoy the convenience of the half bath located near the indoor bar area. With ample seating between the eat in-kitchen, dining, bar and living room areas your family and friends will surely be comfortable! This one-of-a-kind gem not only offers you a bit of remoteness while being minutes from fun, adventures, and magnificent restaurants; you'll also have entertainment right at your fingertips with TWO slot machines!
The casita is across the courtyard area yet still nearby for extra family to enjoy a bit more privacy. They'll enjoy a king primary suite with its own bathroom, large smart TV, and kitchenette. Ample storage can also be found in the casita for your guests to feel more at home!

Parking is offered either in the two-car garage or in the driveway if a few extra spaces are needed.

• I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest verification can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.
• We strongly suggest purchasing TRAVEL INSURANCE as we follow a strict cancellation policy! By booking with us you accept these terms.
• No smoking
• The home will be ready for Check-in between 4-6pm AZ time
• No parties or events
• No mailbox access will be granted
• Absolutely no packages will be excepted via USPS. Guests can send packages via UPS/Fedex/Amazon at their own discretion as PaseoHomesAZ will not intercept and not responsible for packages. Lost/Stolen/Damaged packages are responsible of the sender.
• Pets upon approval with fee applied
• The renting party must be 25 or older and staying in the home throughout the duration of the reservation.
• Per City of Scottsdale, maximum occupancy may consist of 6 adults and their dependent children sleeping up to the maximum capacity of our home.

Other Information:
• $75 pet fee/dog. We ask that all doggy doo be cleaned up and disposed of properly before departure. To be paid separately after booking.
• ***If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without PaseoHomes approval you may be subject to a fine.
• No Cats Preferred
• You will have the whole home to yourselves when booking with PaseoHomes.
• A dedicated, personal door code will be provided to you 24-48 hours prior to your check in time via email.
• We utilize a decibel monitoring system in each home and in the backyard space. These devices do NOT record or video - they simply alert us to decibels peaking over a threshold we've set to remain good neighbors
• IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 30 days require a security deposit & rental agreement.
• Transaction and damage waiver fees are NON-REFUNDABLE
• We report and prosecute all Credit Card Fraud.
• Early check in/late check out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Approval required.

A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

PLEASE NOTE:
The City of Scottsdale explicitly prohibits excessive outdoor noise, and it will not be tolerated. Assessed fines and penalties will be charged against the traveler(s). During ALL hour's noise and music MUST remain at a REASONABLE level. This is not a party house.
