Love the convenience of staying at this resort. It is a short distance to practically anything you might want to do. Rooms were spacious and had everything we needed for our home away from home for the week.

Very clean, great location, nice lay out of space. Only suggestion is that it needs a little updating.

Great property

Althiugh there were some challenges at check-in due to our name not being listed, the property staff went above and beyond to get us in. Amenities were great and the staff was there for anything we needed. Will definately stay again next time.

This resort was amazing, very clean, and close to everything without being in the middle of everything we was showed a back road when checking that kept us out of the majority or traffic which was amazing.

Cozy

Overall, our stay was great. My only complaint was that I thought we were going to have a mountain view but instead seen the other condos and that was it.

Perfect location

This property was in a perfect location for what we needed. We came for Dollywood but there is so much to do nearby. The unit was clean and had all we needed for a comfortable stay. With the exception of getting there late and having the check in process being in conjunction with being semi pressured to entertain a timeshare meeting we will definitely consider staying here again for our future trips to Pigeon Forge.

Overall nice

Nice stay, we did get locked out of our room for almost an hour. We had gone to the pool and when we came back none of the keys or bands worked. They refused to make us new keys without ID (Which were in our room because we had been at the pool). They kept saying maintenence would come. Customer service reps would not come with us. The washer broke and the replaced it the following day which was very helpful. Overall nice stay. Planning to stay again

Oh wow, we are very sorry to hear that that happened to you. While we do apologize and sympathize with you regarding what happened, we understand the resort's position, as they could not verify that it was your room. We would think they could have been much faster about things though. We strongly encourage all guests to reach out to us about any issues during their stay, as we may be able to intervene on their behalf. Overall, we are glad you enjoyed your stay, and please feel free to reach out about any future travel plans!
