Condo was cozy and clean. Loved that it is within walking distance to the Leconte Center, The Island and other attractions in the area. Relaxing to sit on balcony and listen to the river flowing of the morning, while Pigeon Forge is still quiet.

The condo meet all of our needs for a mother/ daughter trip! The condo was clean and well kept! I must have missed the 3 beds in one room! But it does have 1 bedroom-1 king bed and the Second bedroom has 3 beds- 2 queen and I'm going to say a full size it looked smaller! That was a good Surprise even though we didn't need all the beds. Living room was spacious. Will definitely book again!

The condo was larger than I expected. Lots of seating in the living room. Everything was clean and well taken care of. We were close enough to walk to the LeConte Center and the Island. I definitely recommend staying here.

The host was awesome, she answered promptly and took care of my needs. The condo is in a prime location in the middle of everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. I would highly recommend this condo. My family and I had a great trip and made great memories.

The condo was very clean and very close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Very close to Dollywood and all the tourist things to do in Pigeon Forge. I would highly recommend this condo.

Cleanest Vrbo condo we have ever booked.

The condo is very clean and decorated with a cabin feel. It was nice to be so close to The Island, go karts and moutain coasters and still sit on the patio in the morning and listen to the river flow. The furniture was comfortable and the water pressure was great. Would stay here again.

Great stay!

We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and easy to get to, you can walk to the island on a paved trail behind the building. The balcony overlooking the river was so nice, you can sit and listen to the water while drinking your morning coffee. There was only my sister and myself on this trip and we felt completely safe.

A girls Christmas Getaway

We enjoyed our stay, condo was exactly as described, cozy, good location, enjoyed Dollywood and other independent shows that were near by. Would stay at this condo again!
