This was a beautiful space with the most comfortable bed and biggest bathtub I've ever seen. Hot water was abundant, coffee and tea were in the room, and there were plenty of groceries and restaurants near by. Close to lots of hiking and the cutest coffee shop. Highly recommend, I'll definitely be back!

The place was exactly what we expected, very nice. There were some issues with dust and so forth that the owner corrected right away and was very nice about it. The place is really nicely done and the bathtub and shower are both amazing!

The loft was well-done with two couches and a comfortable bed. I was wondering how the bed and couches got up those outside stairs. The TV allowed streaming without using your personal accounts.The town was right there with restaurants and a grocery store. There was a beautiful church across the road worthy of picture taking.What was missing from the description was the small refrigerator and microwave. They really made the stay better.

A great romantic getaway. The loft was clean, the steam shower and soaking tub did not disappoint. Good location with breweries nearby. Check out Phoenicia Diner and Peekamoose Restaurant. Would stay again.

The loft was oozing with charm. Everything was clean and cozy. Great location and excellent vibes. Would love to stay again. There is no kitchen, but there is a wee fridge and microwave and tasty restaurants/grocery store within an easy walk.

There is a reason that we have stayed here five times now. It's quiet; it's warm; the hosts communicate well; it's a great location that is walking distance to everything in Phoenicia, and there is a spectacular set-up in the bathroom. We arrive for our visit; we relax; we connect, and we adore this little slice of heaven.

It was a perfect location for a wedding I attended. Very clean, comfortable, with great hospitality touches. Was close to everything on Main Street and was a really peaceful little oasis in the Catskills.

Absolute lovely !! We had such a lovely time, everything was so cozy and thoughtful. The hosts were communicative and kind and the loft was really just incredible. The tub was huge, the steam room was relaxing and easy to use, and the decor was so pretty. We even made a kitty friend who hung out with us while we read books in the cozy outdoor balcony area. Dreamy!

This was a very peaceful stay. The bed was extremely comfortable & there was plenty of delicious food nearby. The coffee, tea, maple syrup, and granola bars were a nice touch. We loved the various bathroom amenities. The host was extremely responsive. Highly recommend.

Very relaxing getaway

This was the second time my wife and I stayed at Kerry's place, we loved it so much we came back. One of the highlights for us was the oversized tub, which made for a very relaxing way to unwind after hiking. Highly recommended

Great location

Perfect location in the heart of Phoenicia. Loved the proximity to Belleayre and the ability to walk to Brios for dinner/drinks. The loft was cozy and clean, and the bathroom/tub was perfect for relaxing. Loved all the windows. Would definitely stay again!

I’d absolutely recommend this stay for everyone. The loft is very homey. The spa bathroom is to die for. There’s such a cute coffee/tea station! And the area is in a cute little peaceful town. Checking in and out was very simple. They give detailed directions which I appreciated.
