Escape to a beautiful beachfront corner unit on the 4th floor of Ocean Harbour South! This newly renovated unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and is tiled throughout. The large wrap-around balcony offers stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean and beach, and both the living room and master bedroom offer wonderful ocean views as well. The master bedroom features a comfortable King size Simmons Beautyrest bed, a 43" Smart television, and a fold-down table beneath the window that doubles as a great office desk with a view, including a 27" monitor. The master also has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom with a large roman shower and a ceiling-mounted rain shower head. The second bedroom has a cozy Queen size Simmons Beautyrest bed , a 50" Smart TV and a walk-in closet as well.

Stay connected with high-speed fiber optic internet and WiFi, and relax on the new patio furniture on the balcony while enjoying the beach air and the sound of the waves. Beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, beach bag, boogie board and surf board are all provided for your enjoyment on the beach.

The condo association generally requires 30 days to approve lease applications, so last minute bookings are not accepted. Please book early to ensure that the requirements are met. This involves a lease application which costs $150 for new applicants or $100 for returning guests. (This is included in the quote as part of the host fee. The other part of the host fee is for cleaning.)

Located less than 2 hours from Orlando airport, this unit is perfect for one or two couples. It is just 15 minutes south of Vero Beach and 1.5 hours north of West Palm Beach, with Fort Pierce just on the other side of the causeway. Fort Pierce offers many great restaurants and little boutiques to explore.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful!!! The condo is beautiful, and clearly cared for with great attention to detail. Everything we could possibly need was thoughtfully provided, which made our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing.The location is perfect—right on the ocean with truly unbelievable views. Waking up to the view of the ocean, and the sound of the waves from the balcony was something special.Communication with Katherine was excellent from start to finish. Great location away from the crowds typical of South Florida.

Condo was in excellent condition and appears to have been recently remodeled. Great views and miles of sparsely crowed beaches. Plan to return.

Wonderful Home/Condo

The Condo was perfect. It was immaculate. Very well stocked, well organized, the guest book was very informative. The condo was close to the beach and pool. Communication with owner was excellent. I would highly recommend this VRBO.

Lovely Apartment on the Beach. 5/5

The host does not spray for insects inside the unit which was the major problem during our stay. The host said she responded to my texts but I did not receive any communication from her while she was away on a cruise. My cell phone plan must not have allowed for overseas communication. We cut our vacation short as we were uncomfortable with the bugs both inside and outside the unit.

I am very sorry that you did not feel comfortable during your stay. Guest experience is important to me, which is why I addressed each concern as soon as it was raised. When you reported seeing one silverfish in the closet and could no longer sleep in the bedroom, I immediately scheduled an exterminator at your request. No issues were found, but a preventative treatment was completed, and I offered the use of our other unit for your comfort. When you later expressed concern about a small beetle in the second unit and asked that it also be treated, I offered a full refund if you preferred to leave. Instead, you asked to return to the original condo, which had already been treated, and moved back in the next day. Throughout this time, both my assistant and I were in communication with you. Even if some of my texts did not reach you while I was traveling, every concern was addressed promptly, and my assistant kept you updated. He also washed every linen item in the closet, and no issues were found. When we spoke by phone, you shared that you were sleeping with the lights on as you were feeling anxious about possibly seeing another bug. I agreed to refund all unused nights. You chose to stay another week, and a refund was issued for 11 nights. Florida’s climate can lead to occasional bug sightings even in well maintained homes, but I always act quickly when concerns are raised. I’m sorry this stay did not meet your expectations and wish you more comfortable travels ahead.

Absolutely adored this oceanfront condo!

This corner oceanfront condo exceeded our expectations! Honestly, this was the nicest experience we’ve had with renting. The unit is beautifully decorated with quality furniture, artwork, lighting, soft sheets, and comfortable beds, plus a lovely nd well organized kitchen. The grounds and pool are meticulously kept, and the beach was stunning! We adored the extra light and views from the wrap around balcony. Katherine, the host, is amazing. She is very responsive to inquiries, beyond helpful, and kind. We can’t wait to come back!

An Exceptional Experience

From the moment we entered the condo, we felt like we were on holiday! The updated decor was beautifully appointed and the attention to detail was exceptional… and then there were the expanded corner ocean views…WOW! Condo review

Over all it was a very nice place. It was very clean and organized. Great VIEW! The only issue I had was noise at night in the condo above mine. Every night, especially when it was windy.

A little piece of paradise

If we could rate this condo a "10++", we would! The entire interior of this corner unit was beautifully renovated and the view of the ocean was amazing. The kitchen was so well stocked with brand new quality kitchenware and appliances including the washer and dryer. Everything about this unit was top notch! The owner was very responsive to questions and a pleasure to work with. If you are looking for a super clean, bright and welcoming condo with an amazing ocean view, this is it. My husband and I purchased our first property at Ocean Harbour South back in December 2012 with my husband's parents, Keith & Joan Miller, who live just 30 minutes away.
As of December 2020, Darrel & I are the sole owners. We live in Montreal, Quebec, Canada, but have been responsible for the management and rental of the unit since it's initial purchase. We love this property so much that we decided to purchase another corner unit when a great one became available so that we could share the experience with others.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this 2nd condo at Ocean Harbour South in December 2021. The sounds of the ocean and the benefits of the large balcony were must haves.

What makes this property unique

The palm trees and ocean views make this corner unit a rare find.
