This beautiful house was recently outfitted with a new outdoor spa, outdoor shower and infrared sauna.
Major Renovation complete August 2025!
3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. All three bedrooms are on the second floor.
All bedrooms have blackout curtains.
Luxurious soft white towels. 100% white cotton bed linens.
Fully Equipped Kitchen. Filtered water (not RO) so no need to buy a lot of filtered water.
Amber lights gently light the shaded private dining patio off the living room.
Outdoor BBQ

Cleanest vacation property ever rented! Everything was in working order. We used the outdoor grill, oven, microwave and spent time in the hot tub. Beds were comfortable and the added little touches like black wash cloths and cotton rounds for makeup removal made it feel like a fancy spa. Plenty of cookware. Just lovely!

Sedona girls trip

This was the perfect place for a Sedona girls trip!House was close to town, clean and had everything we needed for our weekend stay. (Extra towels, fan, blankets, and an ice maker!!) We spent most of our time checking out Sedona so we didn’t get the chance to use the sauna, but whenever I make it out to Sedona again I would definitely stay here!

Nice home base in Sedona

We stayed for three nights and enjoyed the amenities that this home offered. The neighborhood was quiet and a variety of dining options were in close proximity. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for providing a nice home.

Sedona cozy stay

Great property for my husband and I on our vacation to Sedona. So conveniently located and away from traffic and crowds. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub. Perfect for a couple, but would be crowded for 4 people. The eating area and kitchen are smaller. Very cozy and clean.

Wonderful and cozy stay

Joel is just a fantastic host. The home is super comfortable—we had a wonderful time hiking and exploring the natural beauty of the area with our 18 year old twins! The property is perfect for 4 people and the hot tub is so fun to relax in after a long day of hiking!

Very welcoming

Very homey and well appointed. Had everything we needed. The hot tub was very clean and nice even for June heat. Didn’t use the sauna but it looked gorgeous, maybe next time. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Only slightly negative is the floors are getting kind of worn and chipped, might be time to replace. I would definitely come back though! Perfect location for all the wonderful things Sedona has to offer!!

Best Little Sedona Getaway

We did a little girls trip and loved this location. the beds were so comfy and the hot tub was perfect. The door lock was a little tricky and gave us a couple times we needed it just right to lock but other than that it was FABULOUS! thank you!

Great location for hiking in Sedona

We loved our stay. After long days of hiking, we enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub. The beds were comfortable and my kids appreciated that they each had their own room. Very clean and well equipped. Thank you!
