Pool construction going in in the backyard from July 28 through September 12 (won’t be able to use backyard… DISCOUNTED)

* Safe Neighborhood - 1 block from Police Station
* NEW floor, New Appliances, New Paint, NEW linens, NEW furniture, NEW AC & premium mattresses (Allswell)
* Filtered Water: reverse osmosis beside the sink and filtered water from fridge
* Sleeps 14 (+1 baby)... We offer a pack-n-play crib with fresh sheets so you don't have to pack it)
* 3 bedrooms, 2 bath & 2000 sq/ft beach home
* 2 king, 4 full (Bunk style), 2 twin (Bunk style) and 1 futon sleeper (+1 crib)
* All mattresses are premium "Allswell" brand
* Parking for 4 vehicles: 4 vehicles can fit in the driveway
* Close to the BEST restaurants and Winn-Dixie Grocery
* Our guests love our home away from home :) They consistently share that they love the GAME ROOM!

* Beach wagon and beach chairs PROVIDED in the closet
We do require a $200 security deposit that is fully refundable upon check out inspection and no damage found
