"Emerald Paradise" is a beautiful 5-bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home that will have you in paradise from the moment you walk in. This vacation property has all the comforts of home so step inside and let your vacation begin!

The first-floor living room features a large flat-screen TV with comfortable seating, open concept dining, and a fully stocked kitchen area (there is also bar seating). Also located on the ground floor you will find the first king-sized bedroom with a private bathroom, accompanied by a large closet and a door leading right out to the pool area. Step out back to relax and unwind while enjoying the spacious private pool and the fenced-in deck featuring comfortable lounge chairs and a charcoal grill for your use.

Head up the stairs to the 2nd floor where you will find a fun room for the kids with a Full over Full bunk and a flat-screen TV so they can enjoy their favorite shows. The next rooms are both queen bedrooms, each with flat-screen TVs. There is also a connecting bathroom that is shared with the bunk room, with double vanity and a tub/shower combination. The king master bedroom is also on this floor with a connected bathroom and features a spacious, furnished balcony where you can catch a glimpse of the Gulf.

This house accommodates our group of 8 adult's perfectly! Very clean and comfortable. We had one small hiccup with the upstairs AC and I contacted the host and they handled the issue promptly. Perfect location easy short walk to the beach. Highly recommend I give 5 stars!

Our stay was wonderful - the location was great - close to the beach and things to do, everything was clean and spacious. The pool was a nice addition, but it would be a great touch to have some better lighting in the evening - some lights in the pool itself or around the pool. We enjoyed staying at "Emerald Paradise"!

Perfect Beach House
Loved this beach house! We had 10 people stay and the house was plenty big enough! We had a toddler with us so the Master on the second floor was perfect when she took her naps, it was away from all the other rooms and couldn’t hear hardly any noise. We LOVED the pool. House was very close to the beach, plenty public parking for the beach. 3 min walk to the beach, but we had a lot to carry so we did drive. You’re right in the middle of Panama City! So close to everything. 10/10 recommend staying here! We had a great vacation with family and friends!!

Excellent location and excellent house
This is a great house with lots of rooms. We had 5 guys there on a fishing trip and everyone was comfortable. The location - a block from the pier - was awesome and allowed us to fish on the beach or the pier, plus walk to a lot of good places to eat, shop and play around. The heated pool was awesome for relaxing after a hard day and have some beverages. And with it backing up to mostly empty space, it was nice to have to not worry about other people on top of us. We will definitely be back!

Approximately 2 blocks from beach one way & same to $ General the other way! House was very clean except grill- had tons of ants in it. Tried turning it on but no luck. Bedrooms were great for kids & adults. Would be nice if they had a few more kitchen towels & supplied beach towels! Was a good house & vacation!

There were 6 of us who stayed at this home. We had plenty of space! It was in a great location,close to the beach, stores, restaurants, and shopping. Host was very professional and nice. Peaceful and relaxing
I expect that the stay would have been different if it had been hot outside, but because it wasn't, we got exactly what we wanted, a very peaceful and relaxing stay. The beach is literally across the street, so we took one quick stroll to it. We are cooking people and with walmart being right around the corner we had no problem getting what we needed quickly. The home was clean and spacious. We had an issue with the water not being hot, but with a quick message sent to maintenance, they were there the next morning. The home was also equipped with everything we needed, even though we brought a lot of things. We will definitely come back when it's warm outside so that we can enjoy the cute pool area, we still sat out there for a while because it was just too cute not too! Overall, we enjoyed it and hope to come back and stay in this home!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Fantastic vacation house. Great room & kitchen easily accommodated everyone. Beautiful pool very large for a rental property. Short walk to the beach. The previous neighborhood was destroyed by Hurricane Mathew and rebuilt to only vacation rentals. This is a low/slow traffic area, very secure for a rental and not a traffic zoo, like closer to Pier Park. A Walmart is just up the street and Publixs supermarkets are close by, which makes supply/resupply easy. A definite recommendation for a great PCB vacation site.

The property was everything as stated. We were very impressed with the room the home provided for a family of 15. No one bumping into each other. The beds were comfortable and the pool was great. The home sits across from a beach access and allows a great view of the ocean. Very impressed and have found our future return spot for my family gatherings. Home needed nothing done and there were no negatives to report. Blueswell sent a few messages checking to see if everything was great. Very impressed with this 5 star home.

False Advertising - Beware!!!
Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We chose this property over other properties specifically because it advertised 2 king beds. We would not have chosen this property otherwise. When asked how the company would resolve the issue, they offered a 10% discount on a future stay. That is great; however, it did not resolve our current stay issue. We requested 10% off our current stay instead since they were willing to give us that on a future stay, but they were very clear they would not give us a refund. So in order to resolve the issue, we would have to spend even more money with this company. Absolutely unacceptable! They have corrected the advertising since our stay but beware and read ALL the fine print everywhere!

Family vacation
I can honestly say that the location and size of home was perfect for our extended family vacation of 13 (kids/adults). The home was very clean with the exception of the floors upon arrival. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to accommodate meals at home, especially breakfast. I will say that the home could use a new washer and dryer, the washer seems to damage your clothes with excessive lent and the dryer does not work properly. It takes multiple cycles to dry the load of garments, this can be an issue with many people staying at the home. I would suggest a new grill, there is an existing one but it is very rusted. We would definitely stay here again as I reiterate the great location and size of home and hope management company would take some of my observations into consideration to make this home truly perfect. *I can say I did have an issue, I received a text message the day after we arrived while we were at the beach stating that a maintenance person would be coming by and installing a dish washer. I was not made aware prior to check in that the dish washer did not work and felt that this maintenance call could have been handled when the unit was not occupied. I declined visit as we were going to be heading back to shower, etc. and we were a group of 13. We stuck to hand washing dishes our whole stay.** We also had visits from the property management company 2 mornings in a row with a rental agreement form to sign, I had never experienced this with any other properties.I am not saying it was the case but it almost felt as if we were being monitored, though there is a Ring at the front door that could easily be accessed by owner/company, which didn't matter to us as we were not doing anything that was not allowed.

Beautiful House - Amazing Pool - Steps from the Beach
We spent a long weekend with some friends for a bachelorette party. House was amazing - enough beds for 7 of us. Downstairs room with bathroom was extremely convenient. The pool outside was beautiful and a short walk across the street was the Gulf of Mexico. A maintenance man (I'm sorry we didn't get his name) came to repair the front lock while we were there and went above and beyond by fixing the TV for us. Extremely happy with Blue Swell and vrbo !!
