The White July 4th family vacation

This was the perfect vacation home. Location to the beach, dining and activities were in walking distance. My family loved the house. As a bonus we got to see fireworks from our balcony.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. This house is completely beat up and filthy. I sent pictures of the state of house and you didn't even respond after you asked me to send pictures. I was willing to let that slide until you sent me an email saying that you were charging me an additional fee for dog hair!!? My dogs were crated when we left and perhaps the dog hair was part of the disgusting pictures i sent you from the state of the home when we arrived. You rated us as 5 stars and then came back with an additional fee?! Are you out of your mind? I will be disputing this charge with the bank and we 100% will never use Blue Swell ever again and we will also share the same with our family and friends that also stay in PCB!

Great location, beautiful views

The beach house was in a perfect location with easy access to the beach as well as close to most restaurants. Has the perfect view of the beach from the upstairs balcony. The 2nd sorry has another balcony that is very shaded and nice. Very easy check in and check out process. Loved that we didn’t have to do so much upon checkout Like most other rentals. It was very peaceful. The house was very spacious. It fit 11 of us very comfortably. The pool was great, we left quite a few pool floats for future guests. The vines/landscape needs to be cut back if it fits 2 cars. It’s beautiful but It was hard to get in and out of 2 vehicles without some people being in the bushes. The flooring needs to be replaced in some areas as it was coming up or soft but not a real issue during our stay. Overall great vacation and would def stay here again.

Amazing rooftop deck with view to sea!

The rooftop is wonderful! Beautiful view to the sea and the stars at night! Love that it is partly covered for daytime shade. Nice seating and plenty of room to practice yoga, read a book and enjoy morning coffee. Location is terrific- literally across the street from public beach access and a beautiful beach walk to the park. We did not use the pool, but it would be perfect for a hot summer day dip! Our group of 8 adults had ample room and we made do with what the kitchen had to offer (a quick run to dollar tree for a few serving bowls, cookie sheets, clean oven mitts)- but workable. My only negatives- which are easily fixable, were some of the bed linens have stains as do the mattresses and several bowls, glasses, cooking items were not clean so we spent time running the dishwasher and washing machine our first day.3rd level flooring needs some repair but did not take away from our experience. Overall, you can't beat the location and wonderful deck for the price which I found quite fair. A thorough go-through of kitchen items- maybe some new sets of bowls, glasses & mugs and new bedding would make a huge difference! Overall- great rental!
