Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
1️⃣Dispose of trash in communal bin outside the main gate. 2️⃣Turn off the gas, all lights, ceiling fan, AC, and unplug water kettle and coffee maker. 2️⃣Leave blinds open DO NOT roll up the blinds.
4️⃣ Before checkout advise if any items were lost, damaged, stained, or are missing. 5️⃣ DO NOT LEAVE personal belongs. 6️⃣ Using the gate remote, open the main gate before you exit the property.
7️⃣ Place gate remote and the keys on the table. 8️⃣ Close the door and the burglar-proof gate securing the property. 9️⃣ Advise when you exit property.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- NO Food or Drinks in the Bedroom – Enjoy meals in the dining area. - Use waste bins provided; do not dispose of trash improperly
- Report Issues – Notify me of any lost, damaged, or missing items; unreported damages will be escalated to the STR platform
- Theft Policy – Items removed from the premises, whether mistakenly or intentionally, will be considered stolen and compensation will be requested
