Hey Dee, I am so sad to hear that your stay with us was not anywhere near what you expected. I wish you’d let us know about all these inconveniences during your stay. We would have gladly made every effort to correct your time with us or made any different accommodations for you guys. I am so sorry. I am forwarding this message to our cleaning team and managers. I will once again make certain the checklist items are there and our photographs we receive from the cleaners are more detailed. Again, I am sorry. The heart behind our home is to be as hospitable as possible. I’m sorry the AC wasn’t working as cool as you guys needed. Again we would have gladly moved your family to another home or even given you a full refund if we had been informed during your stay. We already contacted our HVAC guy to get there immediately and see what the issue is. We have fans on standby for any guest needing them. Some guest like them even with fans in ceilings. So we keep some. For the sleeping arrangements. I know it does show the air-mattress being part of the sleeping accommodations. I’m sorry if it didn’t show up front and center of it. I will take this as an experience to add maybe a picture to show sleeping set up. 😢I do think we could have resolved these items for you if we knew. I know maybe sometimes the AC just could use a recharge of frion. I’d even drop off a beds to accommodate you. But we weren’t informed. I can promise you that we take our roles as host very seriously. But as a host, any items/questions that were needed, we were ready and stay available when we are informed. We are deeply sorry. We did offer a partial refund on the accommodations fee we were given from this stay.
