Rules of the condominium.
Please read all and note you are agreeing to follow all rules when you request to book. Any rule not followed will be fined from the condominium.

Guest with a boat or trailer on site parking available at the office on a first come first serve basis. The charge for these spaces is $20.00 per day. Please check with the office before guaranteeing availability, due to space limitations. Any recreational vehicle or trailer parked in general parking areas, will result in a violation.

Noise: All residents and guests shall refrain from any activity that would disturb the quiet enjoyment of the property by all residents and their guests. In order to assure the comfort of all residents, the playing of CD players, tape players, radios, television sets, VCR’s, DVDs, and musical instruments must not exceed a reasonable volume at any time, and between the hours of 10:00 pm and 10:00 am shall be kept at a volume that cannot be heard outside the unit from which the noise originates.

Pets: For a fee of $75 per pet you are allowed to keep no more than two non-aggressive pets in their unit. When pets are outside, they must be on a leash always held by the owner or the owner’s tenant. Owners or their tenants are responsible for picking up after their pets. Any owner or tenant found not picking up after their pet will be fined without prior notice of violation required. All owners are responsible for all actions concerning pets of their guests, tenants, or invitees. When outside, pets are subject to the “Destin City Ordinance #65.3” and all other applicable laws of the County of Okaloosa and the State of Florida. Pets MUST also be respectful of neighbors, NO EXCESSIVE BARKING.


Patios and Balconies: These areas are not to be used for storage purposes. During the spring and summer time, there is a major uptick in towels hanging from railings and beach equipment stored outside. This is not allowed.

Recently the tennis courts have been resurfaced. Code given out by owner. Please be aware there are now cameras on the tennis courts and owners will be responsible for the actions of their guest or tenants. Below I have included the rules for the tennis courts. Please pass them along to your guest/tenants when giving out the code and make sure when finished playing that they relock the gates.

Tennis Court rules:
1. No Food or glass containers allowed on court
2. No Bicycles, roller skates, inline skates, skateboards, or blades.
3. No DOGS
4. Proper footwear required
5. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
6. Court is for residents and their guest only.
7. Do not abuse net or other equipment
8. Surface is slippery when wet or dry
9. Players are limited to 1 hour when other players are waiting for a court.
