This property is beautiful! It was so peaceful and quiet and very close to shopping and the beach. The house was very comfortable and very clean. My girls and I had a fantastic stay.
My girlfriends and I rented this house for a long weekend and it did not disappoint! The house is better than the photos and was the perfect gettaway, close to downtown.
My sisters and I loved the house; it was spacious and clean and had a great yard overlooking a wooded area. We sat in the hot tub and watched the deer in the yard. The house is minutes away from great restaurants and shopping; perfect for a girls get away.
6 adults and a toddler stayed prior to a family wedding nearby. We were comfortable, loved the deck and fire table. Definitely would return and recommend. Good communications with property managers.
It was a beautiful space for multiple families to stay together and connect. The house was maintained well, very clean, with no issues. With infants under two, one complaint was easy access to the staircase going downstairs, so renting a baby gate would have been useful. The backyard had a nice place to sit and relax with a hot tub and grassy area to run around in. Very quiet and relaxing neighborhood that you can't really walk around in, but was only a short drive to the town where it was very walkable. Beach was less than 15 minutes away and river was very close. Not many amenities outside of some toilet paper and one roll of paper towels, so making trips to get the essentials is needed.

The house is absolutely gorgeous with tons of windows and a beautiful forest behind it. We were very pleased with this. The main problem was that we had multiple people coming to the property to do some kind of maintenance with zero notice. We were sitting outside and the hot tub cleaner came. Then we were trying to leave and my kids were playing outside and the yard maintenance crew came. They did not even turn the leaf blowers off when we were trying to get into the car with the baby who was screaming because of the noise. Then on the last day at 8 o’clock in the morning, pest control came. Each of these things is a great invasion of our privacy as the guests staying at this property. We were trying to enjoy being outside or inside with lots of windows, and we were not able to without being interrupted by the multiple maintenance people who were sent without any warning. This was extremely disruptive of our vacation. Additionally, I texted to report the insect activity and debris outside. I appreciate that someone was sent to clean this. However the one area that was ignored was the dirtiest — the outdoor couch cushions. The property is beautiful, and the bedrooms and bathrooms met our needs. We suggest adding a coffee grinder. The rest of the kitchen was pretty well stocked.Inside the cleaning was adequate. The windows that open had lots of cobwebs and insects between the screens and the windows. Better outdoor cleaning is needed.
