I love Prospect Heights because I love the restaurants, cafes, and friendly neighbors. It is centrally located to the best neighborhoods in Brooklyn, including Fort Greene, Park Slope, Clinton Hill. It is a half mile to Prospect Park, and 2 blocks from the Barclays Center/ Atlantic Avenue subway.

What makes this property unique

We live in a modern brownstone, so we have all the amenities of a big building like central air conditioning, a washer/dryer in the apartment, and high ceilings, but the charm of a brownstone. It feels like a house in the middle of Brooklyn.
