The master bedroom has a California King bed with a 5-piece bathroom, walk-in closet and walk-out balcony. The guest suite has a queen size bed with a full bathroom and walk-out balcony.
There is a 3rd bedroom / office on the main level with a queen size bed, built-in work area with two monitors along with a newly renovated bathroom with a shower. The library has a twin sofa sleeper.
The house has central heating and central evaporative cooler cooling.
