Just a few blocks to Sanitas hiking, Ideal Market and Downtown Pearl Street Mall, you can walk everywhere! Enjoy the sunny Colorado weather from our huge back deck. 3 bedrooms upstairs and large king suite downstairs w/ it`s own entrance, living area & bathroom. All brand new furnishings throughout!

The main level features a spacious and stylish family room with a flatscreen TV—perfect for winding down after a day out. The fully stocked kitchen makes cooking at home simple, and the formal dining room is great for shared meals. Out back, you’ll find a large deck with seating, ideal for morning coffee, fresh mountain air, or relaxing in the evenings.
Upstairs, there are three comfortable bedrooms. Downstairs, a very large king bedroom suite offers its own living room, private entrance, and bathroom—an ideal setup for families or groups who appreciate a little extra space and privacy at the end of the day.
The home is located in one of Boulder’s most sought-after and quiet neighborhoods, just minutes from the mountains. With expansive front and back yards and a peaceful setting, it’s the perfect place to unwind after exploring Pearl Street Mall or hiking nearby trails. Pearl Street and the University of Colorado are both just a 5-minute drive, grocery stores are about 3 minutes away, and multiple trailheads are within 5 minutes. The location truly doesn’t get better.
