Beautiful property. Very clean. I expected us to be in a 2 bedroom condo style with one shared living area. I misunderstood the layout obviously, so a little disappointed with that. Wish the balcony had chairs to be able to sit out and enjoy the views. Coffee choices in the room were limited and I would suggest replacing Mr. Coffee with a Keurig, even if guest are told to provide the pods. Overall, a good stay.

A comfortable and peaceful location tucked away from the craziness of the strip. Take advantage of the monorail. Communication was excellent. The kitchen could use more accessories and we communicated that to management, hopefully they will add a few things but overall it was very comfortable and clean and I would definitely stay here again.

Wanted to see some of Vegas for restaurants and sights but also drive to desert to ATV day. Perfect location both. Great view of the Sphere and nice to be able to walk to Top Gold too.

Absolutely Amazing

5 stars across the board. Location was perfect. The condo was clean. The host was responsive. There were 4 adults and the set up was perfect for us to have our own spaces but have that communal space where we would have breakfast together and evening cocktails. The view of the sphere was amazing!

Bachelor Party Paradise!

All the normal things I could say about a reservation and property were said by the 5 star rating I have. Simply, it was wonderful. The real real beyond all that is that the staff and other guests were amazing! We had a great time. The staff matched our energies pound for pound every step of the way. And the other guests were fun and friendly as well. Great trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Excellent Experience All Around

We LOVED staying at the MGM Signature condo! We brought our family of 4 with two kids ages 8-11 and mother and there was plenty of room for all of us! The service was excellent, the accommodations spacious and clean, and the location is a reasonable distance to the main strip and the sphere. It’s a 20 min walk a or 5 min drive to either. The view is spectacular from the condo and the whole family enjoyed the pool and lazy river at the MGM Grand. You do have to bring your own inner tubes or buy them for 30/each, overpriced but good quality. Room service is not provided because it’s managed by a third party and any housekeeping is an additional charge but we didn’t need it for the 3 night stay. Communication was easy with the host. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for 4 nights with our family if 4. Plenty of space for all of us. View was great, it was quiet, the pools were not packed and very relaxing. We did use MGM Grand pool one day, that was nice to have that option. The walkway to the MGM Grand was not bad and had a moving walkway for part of it. We needed garbage pick up once, the owner had the pickup arranged within a few hours. Very responsive.The garbage bags in the kitchen were the thinnest I’ve ever worked with and unfortunately when we pulled the full bag out of the can, garbage fell out of the bottom and was not fun to clean up. Also, no spatula or pizza cutter. None of that is a deal breaker, we would definitely stay here again if back in Vegas.
