This was a great property. It was updated & clean with lots of room & everything you needed for a pleasant stay. The host was very easy to communicate with. The location was great & convenient to shopping, the intracoastal waterway & a short Lyft ride to the beach. I would stay at this location again!

Nice size apartment in a great location for getting around Delray. We stayed here for over a month as we transitioned to Florida. With two little kids, two dogs and two adults, it can feel tight over a longer period of time, but overall it's a good space. Separate small laundry area, big rooms and an open layout. Had all the amenities for cooking your own food. Cleaning supplies with a small vacuum. Overall clean. Some bug issues expected for Florida. The backyard is for the individual apartment but it's a little unkept. We didn't use it much. Laura is responsive and took care of issues quickly and was flexible when we switched units. The grounds itself are maintained weekly by landscapers and overall is clean. The parking spot is long and can fit two smaller vehicles in tandem. Overall, it was a nice place to help our family transition.

Lots of space, great location. Just the microwave didn't work. while it does have power it doesn't heat. Tried warming up a cup of coffee and also tried a slice of pizza. No go :/

Yes the property was Dog friendly and the kitchen has enough to cook. We had a small incident but the host was QUICK to respond and assist. She ALSO stopped by to make sure we were satisfied and happy with everything. Very personable and nice. We would stay here again!t

Great Place to stay

The place was a great location. It was very clean and well kept. The little fenced in back yard was great for taking the dog out. The only problem is the internet connection was very poor. I would definitely stay there again and I highly recommend the place.

Located in a quiet neighborhood yet within walking distance of the beach and Atlantic Avenue.Very nice and comfortable apartment. It probably fills up fast!
