The house was actually so much better than the photos showed. It was so cozy and very comfortable. The location was terrific. It was close to the grocery store, the bluffs were walking distance from the house, the downstairs was a perfect suite for in-laws with a preschooler and the surrounding neighborhood was very nice. The only improvement would be to put some shelving in the main floor bathroom for travelers to put toiletries while using the bathroom and to add a heater fan.

We love that you got to enjoy the best of the neighborhood, from easy grocery runs to walks over to the bluffs! It sounds like the layout gave everyone in your group just the right balance of togetherness and privacy. Thank you so much for the excellent suggestions about the main floor bathroom. Getting those toiletries organized and keeping the space cozy with a heater fan is a great call, and we're putting that on our immediate to-do list. Communication with you was a breeze, and you are welcome back whenever you're planning your next getaway!

This is such a lovely home. Looks small from the outside but wow when you are inside! So much seating area, plus a bonus room in the basement that is equally big. Shade trees in the back made for a 90 degree day seem cool with a great breeze. Two full bathrooms so no one was fighting over showers or bathrooms. Tina was very helpful with any concerns, very quick response.

You left the place in immaculate shape and were wonderful to coordinate with throughout your stay. Whenever you need another spacious getaway, the door is always open!
