Rental is as advertised and is very large! Great location and walkability. Unit was clean and homey.
On the “could e better” side…as others have mentioned the weed smell in the building is noticeable (we put a towel under the door), there is noise from the bar and the street, and the bedrooms need drapes to keep light and cold draft out.
Would stay again even with those items noted.
Very clean and spacious. Location was great. We could walk to restaurants and shops. Very close to the river which has a great walking path and gardens. Host uses AI to communicate which was sometimes frustrating. A property management company owns the unit, not an individual. We only had one key to the apartment. Several videos for check in but not specific to our unit. We didn’t have heat upon our arrival. Property management did resolve the issue after several emails and phone calls to someone not familiar with the property. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and bedding. Kitchen was well stocked. Traffic noise!. No black out shades making it a little difficult to sleep in. But we got up and enjoyed the town. Found great restaurants and drove up to the park on the bluffs were we could see for miles.
Host was great. Veey informative and the room itself was very clean and location was amazing. The only teue issues we had was the incredibly strong weed smell in hallway. Not under the host's control, but it was rough.
Property was as advertised. Expected more noise being downtown, nearby early morning construction was more than expected. Good walking location to restaurants.
The apartment was very clean, the beds very comfortable and plenty of room for our group of four. The linens are top notch. The host does note that the place is above a bar. I would add that Lacrosse is a college town and the music is very loud on the weekend, especially during the school year. The host is very responsive and remained in touch throughout our stay.
Very nice and roomy place. The beds are comfortable with great pillows. The air conditioning wasn't working when we arrived, and they sent someone to fix it right away. It's in a terrific location, close to the river and shopping. Great restaurants close by, also! The only issue is the noise from the bars in the area, but they let you know that ahead of time. The cleaning crew needs to do a better job of mopping and cleaning the floors, but otherwise the place was clean.
We had a fun 2 night stay in Downtown LaCrosse. This location had coffee, bars, restaurants, shopping, the river, snacks, and entertainment all within walking distance! The parking garage, with an app to pay, was directly across the street. (The listing warned us against loud music on weekend night's, they weren't kidding. But as soon as we settled into bed we fell fast asleep!) I would 100% stay here again.
Every year our group of college friends (6 women) do our best to get together for a long weekend. We went to school in La Crosse so it holds a special place in our hearts. This property was absolutely PERFECT for our stay. We were able to walk to our favorite restaurants and enjoy the river. This property allowed us all to be together in one space rather than spliting 2 hotel rooms. The apartment is spacious, clean, and well stocked! Plenty of dishes, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, towels, etc. We will definitely book this apartment again!

The apartment was nice, convenient location, comfortable beds and living area. Would suggest the mgmt update their checkin process to indicate all details. The link was not working It's difficult to access the "portal" to find the checkout list. I had to request the list. Also, asked us to "put a load of towels in". The washing machine is coin operated,we had no change. Also unclear as to which garbage/recycling cans are for that apartment. Had to go down a couple buildings outside then up the alley in the back. There were numerous bins, none labeled for that location. It would make more sense to have all info in a binder in the apartment.
